Pleasant Hill is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the ambience of this neighbourhood. Even though this part of Saskatoon is not known for its vibrancy, its busier streets can still be quite dynamic, and with the bars in nearby neighbourhoods, it is easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located a short walk away. Pleasant Hill is reasonably quiet, as there isn't a lot of street noise or city clamour. There are about 30 green spaces nearby for residents to enjoy, such as Leif Erickson Park and Glenn Reeve Fields, and they are especially well-located, which makes them easy to access.
