Argyll is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the ambience of this part of Edmonton. Although the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this part of the city with the bars in nearby neighbourhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located around the corner. Argyll is very quiet overall, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic. Parks, including W. P. Wagner Park and Mill Creek Ravine Park, are very well-spread out and there are a few of them close by for residents to visit, which makes it very easy to reach them.
