North End East is a "jack-of-all-trades" when it comes to the feel of this part of the city. Even though the atmosphere is not the liveliest in this part of Hamilton, the vibe is still quite dynamic around its busier streets, and with the nightlife venues in nearby neighbourhoods, it is very easy to find a place to grab a drink as they are generally located very close by. North End East is good for those who enjoy quiet surroundings, as there tend to be low levels of noise from traffic, however some areas can be quite noisy, especially around one of the railway lines or the airport (Hamilton (General Hospital) Heliport). Parks, including Eastwood Park and Bayfront Park, are very well-situated and there are around 20 of them close by for residents to unwind in, which makes it very easy to access them from a large number of locations in this part of the city.
