Tim's success as a Realtor has been achieved by getting to know his clients, caring about their goals and life choices and giving his clients the time they deserve to make one of the most important decisions in their life. With over 18+ years of Real Estate experience in the Foothills region, Tim have consistently been in the top 5-10 % of all Realtors within the Calgary Real Estate Board (9,000+). Being the previous Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Prime provided the opportunity to be very in tune to what is going on within the real estate industry and connect with other business owners. It allowed Tim to mentor and help agents be the best they can be and elevate the professionalism within the real estate industry. Today, Tim is able to take all his skills and in-depth knowledge and unencumbered, can use that wisdom and experience to help buyers and sellers of real realestate through the often complicated journey of a real estate transaction. Prior to real estate Tim was the #1 sales professional and account manager in Canada for Ricoh ($14B office equipment manufacturer). He was on the national large account team based out of Calgary where he was also the Business Excellence Champion for the Western Region for interdepartmental efficiencies. Tim relocated his family from Calgary to Okotoks in ’98 to raise their 3 boys. Tim has a commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan, was born in England and grew up on a farm in Vernon, BC.
