Cutter has spent the majority of his life in the Peace Region. He grew up near Hudson's Hope and spent his winters snowboarding at Powder King. Cutter started his real estate career when he moved to Kelowna, BC, in early 2018, where he learned the ins and outs of the business in a highly competitive market. Thanks to the repeat business and referrals of his amazing clients, Cutter started earning sales awards after only one year in the business. Wanting to be closer to family, friends, and his home mountain, Cutter decided to take his skills and experience to Dawson Creek. Since 2022, Cutter has proudly served the Peace Region, helping clients in Dawson Creek, Fort St. John, Chetwynd, and his hometown, Hudson's Hope.
