Representing Central Alberta homeowners and future homeowners specializing in the towns of Innisfail, Bowden, Olds, Penhold, Springbrook, Red Deer and Lacombe; our creative, enthusiastic, and caring nature is perfect for matching each client’s desires as well as skillfully featuring a home’s unique presence and character.

Raised in Central Alberta, Darcy and Nicole understand the numerous intangible benefits of life in Alberta! With its unmatched stunning mountains and vast prairies, culture, and diversity makes this a perfect place to call home.

Nicole joined the RE/MAX family in 2009 as an Associate/Owner, Darcy joined as an Associate in 2010 then becoming a Broker/Owner in 2017. The BLAIRTEAM have been among the top producers in Central Alberta since 2009. Nicole achieved the RE/MAX Hall of Fame award in 2014. Both Nicole and Darcy have received numerous individual sales awards every year.

Darcy and Nicole are very active and connected in the community; they volunteer with the Innisfail Food Bank, Innisfail and Red Deer Minor Hockey, just to name a few. The Blair's contacts and lifelong area residency leverage their energy and enthusiasm, enhancing their client dedication and insuring satisfied repeat clients and referrals.

Darcy has also volunteered on numerous boards including - Innisfail Minor Hockey, Innisfail historical Village, and the Innisfail Chamber of Commerce. Darcy currently sits on the Central Alberta Realtors Association board since 2023 and the Central Alberta Realtors Associations finance committee since 2021
