Carl is a lifelong resident of Niagara and has recently evolved from a sales role within the Niagara Wine Industry to a career in the field of Real Estate. We believe today’s Real Estate market is arguably the hottest it has been in over a quarter century. And while experience and sales skills are necessary to provide optimum service to the consumer, it is more important to get back to the basics, and offer hard work and integrity. With minimal supply and tremendous demand, the biggest challenge in today’s market is finding homes and properties that meet a buyer’s needs, while avoiding competition and overpaying. Aside from the typical activities such as listing and selling homes, Carl will be dedicating himself to cold calling, knocking on doors, and other traditional methods of prospecting to assist our clients. Combining these efforts with his youth, tech savvy, and a working knowledge of social media and emerging trends, we believe Carl’s energy and enthusiasm can simplify your real estate experience.
